Sample Fee Structure

Please note that my fees may change on a case-by-case basis or in agreement with my clients. Below are representative of average costs.

  • Nonfatal strangulation and coercive control case review: $250-$350

  • Participation in criminal or civil trial: $250 per hour

  • Interview of witnesses or victims: $250-$350

  • Travel costs: dependent on agreement with client

  • If cases are extraordinarily complex, I will generally charge double the listed rates.

    • Greater than 1 hour of video / BodyCam review

    • Greater than 150 pages of reports or case information

    • Greater than 150 photographs to review
